Have some managerial experience, or a track record of leading a team

Are good at motivating themselves and others to maintain the high standards of the brand

Are great communicators who can build a strong rapport with their customers

Are willing to take a hands-on role in their new business

Are hard-working, dedicated, committed and willing to give it their all

Are willing to follow the tried and tested systems already in place

Are willing to learn and take on new skills, as well as constantly strive for bigger and better things

Are ready to be their own boss and hit the ground running from day one
